Animation

One element many people associate with Dr. Seuss are his thrilling illustrations. People from around the world have been entranced by his detailed cartoons. In fact, some people believe that is what sets Dr. Seuss apart from other children's book authors. Did you know that illustrations in a book help tell the story better? Illustrations help the reader visualize the setting and characters better. Dr. Seuss was so gifted that he was a phenomenal artist and writer.

  1. Mary Kate, this is a great blog to teach children about animation. The first books kids first read are picture books, this is how they learn how to identify objects. I loved reading these books because the pictures were the best. My parents had to kepp swiching books for me to read because I memorized the books.

  2. I always loved the Dr. Suess books growing up. I feel like all of the books relate to children really well because of the different and interesting animation that he puts in his books. The animation that is in his books are not seen in any other books. I love the animation because it is so goofy it is almost magical! It is so strange that it makes it right.
